Jacob has a keen eye for detail, design, and innovative problem solving. His training in customer service with two of the world’s most respected companies, JetBlue and Starbucks, and in the employee benefits sector, have finely honed his already strong operations skills and customer service pre-disposition.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a degree in graphic design, Jacob and his wife, Stephanie, moved to Jacksonville for Stephanie's teaching position with Teach for America.
Jacob began working with nonprofits at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire, serving four years as a leader for Cru (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ). Upon arriving in Jacksonville he immediately started serving local nonprofits, including Donna Foundation, Hands On Jacksonville, local schools, and Ocean City Church.
