A high-performance team consists of a group of goal-focused people, who collaborate to move the mission forward. This session will discuss how to select the right people for your team, model a collaborative culture, and sustain this expectation for long-term success.

Join Tameka Gaines Holly, President and CEO of Tameka Gaines Holly Consulting, who will presenting this topic!

1. Identify how generational, gender, and cultural differences may affect team dynamics.
2. Clarify team scope, roles, and objectives to best target success.
3. Given situations, identify how to create, encourage, and maintain positive relationships
among team members.
4. Describe how to leverage the strengths of team members.
5. Determine winning methods to empower team members.
6. Develop three creative, low cost motivators for each team member (training opportunities, flexible workplace, etc.).
