Logic models are a tool used by program leaders, funders, and managers to design, implement, and evaluate the success of a program or project. Logic models help build agreement and buy-in during the planning stage of a program, organize implementation strategy, and track outcomes in a manageable, clear blueprint.

This hands-on workshop will walk participants through every aspect of using a logic model with time to build your own. Leave this workshop with a draft logic model for your program or organization, as well as a binder of materials that will help you create a clear plan for designing and tracking the outcomes of your work.

Deidre Conner, Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Evaluation at the Nonprofit Center, leads this practical workshop where you practice creating your own Logic Model and receive real time feedback.
