Strong and successful teams are often marked by a diverse and inclusive team dynamic. Join us for a panel conversation that brings together local experts to share lessons learned, challenges faced, and the benefits of establishing a culture that promotes accessibility and equity when delegating work!

Speakers will provide attendees with concrete tools and techniques to begin these conversations with their colleagues and inspire them to be the champions of advancing diversity and inclusion work at their organizations.

The event will allow time for Q & A, as well opportunities for small group discussion where participants can develop goals for their teams.

The panel includes:
• Eric K. Mann, President and CEO of the YMCA of Florida's First Coast
• Maira Martelo, Ed.D., Community Mobilization Director for the Jacksonville Public Education Fund
• Anna McDaniel-Wyatt, Manager of Cohort Community for Teach For America
• Tyler Morris, Executive Director for The ILRC
• Moderator, Sabeen Perwaiz Syed, Executive Director of the Florida Nonprofit Alliance
