About Ywana:
Ywana Allen is a Strategist and Consultant committed to helping purpose-driven individuals, professional athletes and nonprofit organizations to impact lives and transform communities. Her work ranges from strategic planning and community engagement, to public relations and special events. Some of her clients have included Changing Homelessness, WJCT, the Florida Nonprofit Alliance, Duval County Public Schools, FSCJ Foundation, Jacksonville Public Education Fund and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, the Moe Williams Family Foundation, Rashean Mathis, and the Donovin Darius Foundation. She recently served as a first-time campaign for manager for Darryl Willie, newly elected Duval County School Board Member for District 4.

Ywana holds a B.A. in Mass Communications & Broadcast Journalism from Bethune-Cookman University, and dual Master’s Degrees in Educational Leadership and Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Florida. Her community service includes the Jacksonville Ethics Commission, the UNF MPA Stakeholder Advisory Committee and the Jacksonville Police Athletic League. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with friends and family, especially her son, Cayden.
