Nonprofits are in the business of change, and nonprofit leaders should be prepared and support opportunities for questioning the status quo and encouraging new ideas and innovations. Join our panel of local leaders as they share their experience with innovation and how they created a culture that welcomes and harnesses the power of ideas and change.

The event will allow time for Q & A, as well opportunities for small group discussion where participants can discuss key take-aways and develop action items to tackle with their teams.

The panel includes:
• Sally Hazelip, Head of School, North Florida School of Special Education
• Ulysses Owens, Jr., Artistic Director, Don't Miss A Beat
• Kim Sirdevan, President and CEO, Youth Crisis Center
• Kathryn Thomas, Executive Director, Yoga 4 Change
