Clay County Series: Using Logic Models for Program Success

7/11/2019

Location
TBD
Sponsor
The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida
Address
Clay County, FL
Description
Logic models are a tool used by funders, managers, and program leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of a program or strategy. They can also be used during planning and implementation, helping organize projects, teams, and outcomes into manageable, easily tracked blueprints. Join together with program staff and leaders from across Clay County to talk about using this approach for maximum program success, leaving with hands-on tools and a network of peer support.

About the Clay County Series:
This series supports all organizations located in or serving Clay County. This professional development series (19.5 total hours of programming) focuses on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers. Events are free but do require a reservation.

Thank you to the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their support and grant funding of the Clay County Series!
