Clay County Series: Managing Conflict

The Salvation Army of Clay County
The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida
2795 County Rd 220
Middleburg, FL 32068
Healthy and constructive conflict can be a component of high-functioning teams. But getting to that point requires a well-developed team that can resolve conflict and appreciate the various viewpoints involved. Join together with program staff and leaders from across Clay County to discuss best practices for managing during conflict and using those opportunities to strengthen the entire team.

About the Clay County Series:
This series supports all organizations located in or serving Clay County. This professional development series (19.5 total hours of programming) focuses on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers. Events are free but do require a reservation.

Thank you to the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their support and grant funding of the Clay County Series!
