Management Series 101

The Management 101 Series is seven workshops (30 total hours of training) designed to help participants build the fundamentals of nonprofit management. This certificate series is designed for nonprofit employees working in the sector with management responsibilities, as well as those who may be interested in developing their skill set for future career growth.

The focus is on key areas that managers and emerging leaders most often need to develop in order to increase their efficiency and ability to grow as professionals:

  • Time management
  • Budget and finance
  • Hiring, firing, supporting, and supervising employees legally and effectively
  • Identifying personal strengths and challenges to become more effective in the workplace
  • Managing workplace conflict
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Understanding how to leverage diversity in the workplace

The 30 hours of professional development training across seven workshops have a value of $650, but Nonprofit Center members pay only $310!

Even better - If you register by January 6th, early bird pricing is available!  The early bird rate for Nonprofit Center members is $240 and $510 for non-members.

Tuition includes expert facilitation, all materials, drinks, light breakfast, lunch (for full day workshops), parking, and certificate of completion.
