Fundraising 101 Series

The Nonprofit Center is happy to announce the brand-new series, Fundraising 101 (FR 101)!  This series of five workshops (11 total hours of training) is designed to introduce the fundamentals and structure needed to be successful in fundraising.  FR 101 will walk you through what fundraising is, how to create a robust fundraising plan focused on raising unrestricted dollars, how to create your fundraising team, and building relationships with potential funders.

It is designed for professionals with fundraising responsibilities that are new to their role, as well as staff at organizations who need structure and processes developed for their fundraising efforts.  We also welcome board members or any nonprofit staff members with limited fundraising experience who are interested in increasing their fundraising knowledge.

The workshops included in this series are:

  • Development 101
  • Creating a Diversified Fundraising Plan
  • Annual Campaigns
  • Evaluating Your Special Events
  • Corporate Conversations

Tuition includes expert facilitation, all materials, drinks, light breakfast, parking, and certificate of completion.

The 11 hours of professional development training across five workshops have a value of $260, but Nonprofit Center members pay only $100!

Even better - If you register for the entire series by January 6th, you save 25% with early bird pricing!  The early bird rate for Nonprofit Center members is $75 and $195 for non-members.
