Clay Nonprofit Leadership Link

Bringing together nonprofit leaders located in or serving Clay County, the Clay Nonprofit Leadership Link develops a stronger, more unified leadership for good of the community.

During the three month program, the participants develop:

  • Individual leadership skills and specific skill abilities through advanced sessions facilitated by subject matter experts.
  • Formal and informal networking and relationship-building opportunities among nonprofit Clay County-based organizations.
  • New opportunities for cross-organization learning, resource sharing, and collaboration.
  • New skills for an enhanced sector-wide culture of collaboration and sharing.
