Description
First Coast Women’s Services is seeking a relationship-builder and fundraising professional to join our Development Team. The Donor Engagement Specialist will manage a portfolio of 100+ mid-level donors— stewarding and inspiring them to partner more deeply with our mission to serve women and families with Christ-centered, pro-life support.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Build and strengthen donor relationships through personal outreach and stewardship Develop donor plans, proposals, and appeals to increase support Collaborate on major events, micro-events, and campaigns Maintain detailed donor records and data
Qualifications
3–5 years of fundraising or development experience Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Alignment with FCWS’s Christian, pro-life mission
