About the Organization: The Nonprofit Center is a vital support system for our local nonprofits. We provide services, programs, and information resources for our members while advocating for the Northeast Florida nonprofit sector locally and at the state level. We provide local government, civic, and business leaders, and the media with insights and information to promote smart decision-making and public support for local nonprofits.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Develop original dashboard proposals and assist in maintaining the Catalyst dashboard. This will enable nonprofits in the region to build interactive data websites to support and reinforce their mission using mySidewalk. Understand the strategic direction of Catalyst and oversee the alignment of data to meet program goals. Assist with the logistics, agenda coordination, and execution of the Catalyst Connect discussions. Document results, observations, and action items from the meeting in writing, and track progress against committed deliverables. Develop, write, and develop data visualizations for the Data Team’s monthly newsletter. May prepare research results for publication or presentation at conferences to include performing literature reviews and writing results and discussions. May provide consulting during Data Office Hours to third-party nonprofit organizations related to research activities or provide nonprofits with ad hoc support and guidance when they have data needs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Senior student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong time-management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in research preferred Excellent technical and analytical skills
Education and Experience
Research and/or evaluations with diverse populations. Quantitative and qualitative research with diverse populations.
Salary/Salary Range
$20/hr for 15 hours a week
