This position will be responsible for assisting in the stewardship of funds and oversight of contracts with providers to include, but not limited to, the evaluation of contract compliance, implementation of quality assurance efforts and the provision of training and technical assistance to providers under contract.
This professional must be a detail-oriented person with excellent written and oral communication skills, self-motivated, able to work accurately and efficiently with minimum supervision.
This position is currently being offered as a temporarily remote opportunity. The position may remain remote or transition to working in an office based upon ElderSource planning.
Essential duties and responsibilities
• This position requires the ability to quickly learn and assimilate information. • This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. • Some travel is required.
• Knowledge of programs for elders a plus. • Requires proficiency in Microsoft office applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Education and Experience
• Requires BS/BA in social work, sociology, psychology, gerontology, or related social services field. Relevant work experience may be substituted. • Background check/Drug Screen required. A competitive salary and benefits is offered.
