ElderSource is a non-profit organization seeking a Contract Manager.

This position will be responsible for assisting in the stewardship of funds and oversight of contracts with providers to include, but not limited to, the evaluation of contract compliance, implementation of quality assurance efforts and the provision of training and technical assistance to providers under contract. This professional must be a detail-oriented person with excellent written and oral communication skills, self-motivated, able to work accurately and efficiently with minimum supervision.

Requires proficiency in Microsoft office applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Some travel is required. This position is currently being offered as a temporarily remote opportunity. The position may remain remote or transition to working in an office based upon ElderSource planning. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and three years of related work experience and/or training in gerontology, public administration, health and human services, social services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
