Changing Homelessness, Inc. is looking to hire an Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) –CV Program Manager. The position is a full-time, temporary (approximately 18-24 month period), Hourly, Non-exempt position with an annual salary range of $52,000 – $64,000, plus full benefits. The ESG-CV Program Director will be responsible for the development, oversight, programmatic and financial reporting, monitoring, and compliance of the Emergency Solutions Grant – COVID-19 (ESG-CV) funding received from the state and city. This position will work closely and in collaboration with the Sub-grantees providing direct client services using ESG-CV funding.

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Provide oversight and direct coordination of the ESG-CV funding with a cross discipline team to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. • Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution • Ensure all aspects of ESG-CV program are in compliance with HUD and all state and local government standards and requirements. • Host and/or participate in weekly ESG-CV By-Name-List and case conferencing meetings. • Ensure service providers enter client demographics and services in the appropriate information management system in a timely manner and that all records are accurate and meet quality standards. • Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards. • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. • Collaborate with Sub-grantee leadership to ensure grant compliance and operation of program, including client recertification. • Ensure Sub-grantees records are monitored regularly basis in compliance with terms and conditions of the grant. • Promote the development of best practice and adherence to client choice and housing first. • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues. • Maintain confidentiality and adherence to PHI, PII, and HIPAA regulations.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant social services experience Successfully pass Level 2 background check and drug screening
