Essential duties and responsibilities

This position includes the responsibility of initiating and coordinating the clerical and secretarial functions. • Compiling Data • Setting up, maintaining and monitoring databases • Run eligibilities Monthly and update EHR and Billing software • Sending out all appropriate correspondence • Performing assorted clerical duties, such as faxing, coping, scanning, etc. • Collect information as assigned • Maintain confidentiality of all records • Collect information from staff and file as appropriate • Fill in for Receptionist as needed • Other duties as assigned


Typing 45 wpm minimum with high level of accuracy Team Player Function as a creative problem-solver Strive for personal growth, seek constructive criticism… How can I be better? Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – oral and written Must have strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft office, and web-based applications Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance Ability to function independently with minimal supervision Must pass required background and drug screens. Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.

Education and Experience

High School diploma, preferably an associate degree with a minimum of three years experience in a clerical or business related setting. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and computer literacy Ability to work independently and as a team
