Job Description: Manage shelf stocking, janitorial, and warehousing at the NAS Jacksonville Commissary Contract for profitability and high-quality outcomes. Maintain direct labor ratios in accordance with AbilityOne Program guidelines and standards. Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the contracting officer, store director, staff, and quality assurance evaluator. Conduct business in a highly ethical and respectful manner and oversee satisfactory completion of all requirements of the performance work statement.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Operate the project in an efficient and profitable manner. Maintain budgeted financial benchmarks. Make daily reports to the vice president of business development and/or senior project manager. Exercise continuous process improvement in all performance areas of the contract. Provide quality customer service. Direct subordinate supervisors and conduct proper follow up procedures. Submit AbilityOne employee evaluations to human resources. Monitor and maintain 75% direct labor ratio. Meet all minimum standard requirements of the performance work statement (PWS). Set and enforce production standards in all performance areas. Regularly measure and evaluate employee productivity. Report findings to the SPM. Develop and enforce efficient work schedules for all employees assigned to the project. Conduct daily quality control inspections using the CompuClean inspection program. Maintain MITC time keeping for all employees. Forward the monthly case count sheet to the contracts division by the second work day of each month. Monitor equipment maintenance and upkeep. Control costs for equipment, supplies, and labor. Order approved supplies and equipment necessary for the performance of all contract work. Conduct periodic safety training for all assigned employees Attend any mandatory meetings scheduled by the vice president of business development. Meet with the commissary director monthly to discuss performance. Record and submit minutes to the VPs Assist in preparing annual budgets. Follow all agency policies and procedures. Submit all reclamas to the contracting cfficer within 48 hours. Submit all REA's to the VP and SPM. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualification: Demonstrated knowledge of developmental disabilities and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities in the same field. Microsoft Office experience and computer knowledge required. Knowledge of the contracts and monitoring guidelines. Must have at least 3 years of supervisory skills Must possess good people skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year round Must be able to twist, stoop, bend, reach, pull, stand, and walk for up to ten hours a day Must be able to pass a FDLE background investigation. Must be able to pass a Department of Defense Background investigation and maintain eligibility to hold a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) card.

Salary/Salary Range

50,000.00-55,000.00
