Description
The BNET Coordinator is responsible for the overall functions of the BNET Program. Responsibilities include primary supervision of all programmatic and staff supervision to ensure all clients receive quality services. The coordinator also assists in marketing and recruitment for services to meet the needs of the program.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Provides training, feedback, and direction to staff in order for the BNET program to competently meet the needs of the children served. Adjusts schedules and/or staff to meet the needs of the children as required. Provides direction for the of BNET program while adapting to dynamic business environments. Establish and maintains standards for all regulatory agencies to ensure quality and compliance. Establish, monitor, and report goals and objectives related to the program’s performance standards that are criteria based and job related in order to be accountable to the clients served and the funding sources. Oversees the delivery of in service trainings to all relevant parties in order to maintain competency. Provides accurate monthly data to required entities as outlined in BNET contract Coordinates with families to complete intake process and facilitates referrals to necessary service providers Maintains ongoing communication with service providers in order to ensure quality service delivery and progress. Attends all staffings with Children’s Medical Services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of program. Able to problem solve effectively using logic and critical thinking. Ensures BNET contract agency compliance. Ensures that client needs and services are provided within departmental guidelines. Effectively provides coverage for client services in provider absences Works closely with Health Information Management to ensure coordination of admissions and discharges. Models appropriate and professional behavior (i.e., dress, habits, personality, tact, etc.) Relates with clients, parents, peers and the general public in a respectful and professional manner in person and phone interaction. Performs other duties that may be assigned. Position may include some evening and weekend hours. Requires travel within five (5) Florida Circuits.
Qualifications
2 years of experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer programs and software
Education and Experience
Master's Degree required Requires licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Salary: TBD based upon relevant education and experience.
