Gateway is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial aspects of Gateway. The Chief Financial Officer is essential to advancing the vision and mission of Gateway. The Chief Financial Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works in conjunction with Executive Staff to meet the mission of the Organization with a concentration on the financial aspects of the organization. The Chief Financial Officer will supervise staff of Director of Finance, Billing Manager, Accounting and Accounting Staff.
Essential duties and responsibilities
1. Ensure quality internal and external customer care. 2. Ensure financial integrity of the Organization. 3. Ensure compliance with Organizational contractual requirements. 4. Participate as a member of Organization’s Executive Staff. 5. Responsible for oversight of financial functions including payroll, general ledger, cash disbursements and billing. 6. Work with Chief Executive Officer on maintaining relationships with funding sources including: City, State, and Federal. 7. Coordinate the development and the monitoring of the Organizations budget. 8. Participate as Staff to Finance committee of the Board of Directors. 9. Be readily available on 24-hour basis for emergency call in as well as perform special projects and other Agency related assignments as requested. 10. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university; with Master's in Business Administration or Healthcare administration degree preferred. Five to seven years of senior management experience with organization with operations in excess of $5 million per year and over 100 employees in the health care sector, preferably with a non-profit agency. License: CPA
