Live the Life is a faith-based, family-strengthening nonprofit seeking a Marriage Program Manager to implement and coordinate day-to-day program activities for marriage programs. Essential duties and responsibilities
• Establishes relationships with churches, nonprofits, and other potential partners in the community in order to recruit participants for marriage classes. • Executes day-to-day operations of marriage programs. • Responsible for meeting grant targets for the number of couples served. • Serves as a lead facilitator for marriage classes, seminars, date nights, community fairs (including setup, engagement, promotions, etc). • Trains, manages, and recruits coaches and volunteers for marriage classes. • Ensures that adequate staff and coaches are available during all marriage classes and events. • Ensures that adequate program supplies and materials are available to program participants. • Provides information to partners/constituents and serves as spokesperson for Live the Life. • Maintains records and data for program participation and grant reports. • Other administrative duties as assigned

Education and Experience
• BA degree in related field or equivalent experience • 2 years’ leadership experience in faith-based, nonprofit, community relations, or related work preferred
