Are you organized, detailed and thorough? Do you have interest in contributing towards the overall organizational structure through compliance oversight and employee experience? The MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation is currently seeking to fill the position of Compliance & Staffing Coordinator.
Candidates for this role are expected to be well organized, detailed oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, deliver on tight deadlines and have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

Schedule:
*8 hour shift
*Day shift
*Monday to Friday
*Occasional evening or weekend hours based on events
Essential duties and responsibilities
Compliance: *Ensure all government grant compliance and reports are completed timely (DCF, DJJ, KHA) *Ensure all mandated by law employee training is completed in accordance with time frame. *Coordinate vehicle compliance for DCF as directed. *Coordinate monthly fire drills, logs and postings. *Ensure all Employment Law posters are updated annually in all facilities. *Serve as a liaison with DCF licensing inspector. *Conduct program student & staff assessments to maintain compliance with government grants *Oversee the School Year and Summer Meal program compliance and reporting *Manage Traxx, MWYF’s online student database and provide training for staff and student families. *Manage the student enrollment and exit process, ensuring that all documentation is completed timely by appropriate parties *Ensure compliance with laws regarding student data and ensure it is properly maintained. Staffing & Human Resources Administration: *Employee Recruitment & Onboarding *Post for open positions, monitor applications and review with appropriate Director. *Screen candidates and support the recruitment and training processes as directed. *Schedule and conduct employee onboarding sessions, including scheduling of driver physicals as applicable. *Distribution and tracking of all onboarding paperwork to ensure it is complete and accurate in a timely fashion. *Distribution, collection and reporting of employee benefit information as directed *Staffing administration *Ensure the compliance of all staffing procedures within the company policies and legal standards *Assist with employee work schedule creation and distribution. *Prepare timely staffing reports and updates for management as needed. *Track PTO usage for employees *Track time card calculations & create reports for managers as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills, Experience & Training *Bachelor’s Degree preferred *Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. *Integrity, strong work ethic, ability to adapt quickly to change. *Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as activities demand *Maintains a committed, positive team environment with ability to delegate and communicate for assistance as needed. *Completing and maintaining information and documents *Strong skill set in prioritizing, meeting deadlines and follow up. *Attention to detail including in inputting and reviewing data. *Able to pass a national Level 2 Background check & drug screen. *Florida Drivers License with minimal points. *Able to read and write English. *Able to lift 40 lbs. *Complete required trainings by established deadlines. *Able to drive company van as needed.
