Please make sure you are signing into your organization’s account, and not your individual one. When you log in, it should have your organization’s name on the top right corner of the blue menu bar and show a picture of a building (or your logo, if you’ve added one), if it says your name and shows a person, you are in the wrong account. When you renew, you can pay by credit card or check. If you choose check, you can still set up the renewal online by signing into your organization’s account, selecting the renewal amount and updating any needed information (like contact information and affiliates) and then when it takes you to pay, you can defer payment and select “pay later.” You will receive a confirmation email that you need to complete payment. If you need a renewal invoice, please email [email protected] to let us know know and one will be sent to you. You are welcome to mail in your payment with the invoice if you prefer not to go online.

Yes! You can set up auto-renewal to ensure your membership continues without interruption. To do this, you will want to log into your organization’s account, then select “Manage Membership” from the left-hand side menu. There you will see your active membership listed. You should see “Manage Auto-Renew” on the top right corner of your active membership. If you click on that, you can turn on Auto-Renew, see when the next payment would be and for how much, and add a payment method. If you have any trouble with this, please contact [email protected]
