This series of workshops is designed for board members, executive leadership, and other key staff or volunteers that work with an organization’s board of directors. Topics include a focus on building understanding of and communication about leadership roles, organizational planning, and effectively managing leadership transitions. Nonprofits in all Northeast Florida counties will have the opportunity to engage with this series through an expanded number of locations and new webinar opportunities!
