Yes, but you’ll first need to go to the Nonprofit Center website and create an individual user account that is attached to your organization’s membership. To do so: 

1. Visit www.nonprofitctr.org 
2. Click the LOGIN button in top right corner, then click “Create an Account” 
3. During the second step of the process, be sure to click the magnifying glass icon and search for your organization. This helps ensure you’re attached to a record with membership attached. 
4. Keep track of the username and password you select for future use. Think of this as your “forever account.” 

By default, job postings will be live on the job board for 30 days from the published date, but this may be shortened, extended, or renewed according to need. If you need to remove a job prior to the 30 days, you can let us know by emailing membership@nonprofitctr.org.

Vu lays out an important case for supporting salary disclosure at the beginning of the hiring process, and we agree. If you don’t post a salary with your position:

• It wastes everyone’s time.
• It disregards the fact that people have to support themselves and their families.
• It perpetuates the gender wage gap.
• It discriminates against people of color.
• It drives away potential good candidates.
• It starts a relationship off on a lack of trust and transparency.
• It is inaccurate.

Do everyone, including yourself, a favor and post salary range!
