Breaking the cycle of domestic violence and empowering survivors to live a life free of violence, Quigley House is a dual-certified Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault center in Clay County. They provide free and confidential services designed to educate, empower, and equip survivors. Annual revenue is over $2 million with roughly 23 FTE’s. https://www.quigleyhouse.org .
Essential duties and responsibilities
Quigley House is at an exciting, pivotal moment in its evolution, and is seeking an executive director to steward its path forward. The ideal candidate will be able to share the vision for the future of Quigley House both internally and externally, while understanding the specifics of what it takes to be a first-class domestic violence and sexual assault center.
Qualifications
Desired attributes include strong interpersonal skills, open and honest communications, demonstrated ability to manage people, desire to tackle challenges head on, and capacity to represent Quigley House to a broad array of community audiences.
Education and Experience
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in the domestic violence field, or 4 years of leadership experience and two years’ experience in the domestic violence field. Working knowledge of nonprofit financials, contract compliance and management, and organizational sustainability. Additional relevant education and prior work with Boards of Directors are a plus.
Salary/Salary Range
$90,000 to $100,000 - commensurate with experience
