It’s no secret that the nonprofit sector faces significant challenges in developing and maintaining a strong workforce. Nonprofit organizations often struggle to provide competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and fair promotion opportunities. This leads to pay disparities, limited access to essential benefits, and barriers to career advancement. Join us for this in-depth workshop, where we’ll explore practical strategies and innovative tools to help your organization attract, retain, and empower top talent. Mickee Brown, Principal Consultant with Special Project Partners, will lead the workshop. Participants will explore the resources and knowledge needed to strengthen and refine their organization’s employee support structures.
