Everything DiSC Workplace is a personalized learning experience that can benefit every person in the organization— regardless of title or position—in building more effective relationships at work. It teaches participants to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values that each brings to the workplace. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, you will learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace.

The DiSC Assessment

To prepare for the class, participants will complete a 20 minute DiSC Assessmentseveral days before the training session, resulting in an Everything DiSC Workplace Profile.  This personalized, 20-page report will help participants learn about the priorities that drive their behavior, learn what comes naturally and what might be challenging when interacting with others, and gain actionable strategies to strengthen their interpersonal interactions at all levels in the workplace.

Register today, space is limited for this special session!

About the Capacity Building for Clay County Nonprofits Series:

The Clay Nonprofits Series is free to nonprofit organizations (including staff, board, and volunteers) located in or serving residents of Clay County. We thank the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their generous support of this series. These professional development programs focus on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers.
