Community Event: Jacksonville Autistic Society Power Yoga

The Jacksonville Autistic Society partnered with Hot Spot Power Yoga to bring yoga to the autistic community. It’s has ben proven to help directly support the physical and emotional symptoms of autism, The class will directly help increase body awareness, work to improve motor skills and help support self esteem.
