NEW OFFERING! The Nonprofit Center is excited to announce a brand-new workshop for anyone who wants to deepen their skills in nonprofit management. This intensive, one-day Fundamentals of Effective Nonprofits Workshop will cover:

  • The characteristics of the four elements of a high-impact nonprofit organization: high-performing leadership teams, organizational learning and measurement, access to capital, and external awareness and advocacy.

  • Fundamental strategies within each of those elements that participants can put to work in their organization and in their own professional development goals.

  • Networking opportunities, engaging activities, and action planning to take learnings beyond the workshop.

Participants will leave with a comprehensive overview of topics ranging from fund development to board effectiveness to talent management, as well as a deeper understanding of the local nonprofit sector and a plan to further their organization’s mission.

About the Eleanor Ashby Beaches Beaches Series:
This series is supported by the Beaches Community Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida. All Nonprofit Center member organizations located in or serving the Beaches (Mayport to Ponte Vedra Beach) are welcome to participate in the series at no cost. The workshop and networking series will apply to all mission areas and cross county and city boundaries, as well as job descriptions, to help you strengthen your organization. Events are free but do require a reservation.
