Essential duties and responsibilities
Quigley House is at an exciting, pivotal moment in its evolution, and is seeking an operations director to work in tandem with the executive director in continuing to strengthen the organization by supporting staff and promoting fiscal health. This is a new position that will be responsible for basic accounting functions and human resources.
Qualifications
The ability to work in Quickbooks and to track grants and contracts are essential, as well as the capacity to provide payroll support and oversight of HR policies and procedures, files, and benefits. The successful candidate will need to be able to both be part of a team and a leader, well organized and detail focused, and warm and approachable.
Education and Experience
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree or other formal training in accounting principles, as well as at least two years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector with braided funding streams. Working knowledge of nonprofit financials, contract compliance and management, and organizational sustainability.
Salary/Salary Range
$70,000 to $75,000 - commensurate with experience
