This course will provide an overview of effective project management, and then dive into communication and delegating as an essential part of project success.

Callan is responsible for leading, conceptualizing, and implementing program strategy that aligns with Nonprofit Center strategic goals. In her role she facilitates curriculum design, analyzes data and evaluations, and leads program revenue and expense strategies.
