The Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida has partnered with Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. (DCSI) to provide a series of programs and services to help organizations take a strategic and proactive approach to managing workforce transitions in the current climate. In this introductory session, DCSI will facilitate an interactive webinar to educate and empower leaders with the tools to confidently respond to the funding source shifts and broader economic pressures that impact staffing, operations, morale, and business continuity.
Training objectives for this session include:
- Data-based approaches to identify the possible workforce impact, including best practices in assessing policy and process.
- Tools to audit workforce opportunities and inefficiencies, with an emphasis on re-skilling and job redesign.
- Role-play common scenarios involving difficult conversations, transparency, and reactive to employee emotions.
- Discussion of various scenarios that may be necessary for business operations, from reductions in hours/pay to furloughs and layoffs, with an emphasis on mission-forward communication and process.
- Effective off-boarding an documentation process.
- Best practices for realistic re-design of smaller, more agile teams to accomplish organizational mission including identification of key talent.
- Retention strategies for key talent.
- Effective communication strategies that inspire confidence and respect.
Attendees will be provided an electronic workbook that includes auditing tools, sample communications, and best practices.
Please note that due to our partnership with DCSI we wanted to encourage day-of engagement at the session and program pricing is designed to secure attendance on the webinar. If program fees present an undue hardship please contact Callan Brown at CBrown@NonprofitCtr.org.
