Clay County Series: Using Logic Models for Program Success

Logic models are a tool used by program leaders, funders, and managers to design, implement, and evaluate the success of a program or project. Logic models help build agreement and buy-in during the planning stage of a program, organize implementation strategy, and track outcomes in a manageable, clear blueprint. This workshop will walk participants through every aspect of using a logic model with time to build your own. Leave this workshop with a draft logic model for your program or organization, as well as materials that will help you create a clear plan for designing and tracking the outcomes of your work.

New for this session – after the program, participants will have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one appointments with the facilitator to review your logic model and get specific feedback.

This series supports all organizations located in or serving Clay County. This professional development series (36 hours of total programming) focuses on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers.
