2020 Compensation & Benefits Report Release Event

The Nonprofit Center is pleased to announce the public release of the 2020 Northeast Florida Compensation & Benefits Report. Please join us for a 60-minute session to learn:

• Highlights of the report, including wage and benefit trends, executive compensation, staff and board diversity, and policy adoption;
• Q&A with report author Rita Haronian of Nonprofit Compensation Associates;
• How local nonprofits may be affected by the proposed Amendment 2 to the Florida Constitution, which will raise the minimum wage;
• Training dates and how to access the report.
