- gain insight into the “best-practice process” used to set pay that is perceived as equitable, and able to attract, retain, engage, and motivate a high-performing workforce.
- Dive into how to start creating your compensation plan by understanding components of the compensation philosophy.
- Learn how to use the Compensation & Benefits Survey data for your organization.
We will also hear from local organizations on how they have used the Compensation & Benefits Survey data to create and manage their compensation plan.
