Join the Nonprofit Center for an engaging Board Forum exploring real-world stories of nonprofit mergers and sustained collaboration. This interactive event will feature a panel of local nonprofit executives and board leaders who have navigated the merger process — sharing candid lessons learned, challenges faced, and the transformative impact of their decisions.

This Board Forum offers a unique opportunity for board members and nonprofit leaders to connect, ask questions, and demystify what it really takes to pursue strategic partnerships. Together, we’ll examine how shared resources and aligned missions can strengthen organizations and expand community impact.

This program is part of the Nonprofit Center’s Sustained Collaboration Initiative, advancing our commitment to helping nonprofits thrive in a changing environment and exploring innovative business models that drive long-term success.

This program is designed specifically for nonprofit CEOs and Board members, who serve as the strategic and governing leaders guiding organizational direction. Because space is limited, registration is reserved for those in executive or governance roles. We kindly ask that individuals who are not currently serving in these roles refrain from registering at this time.
