CEO Confidential is a monthly meeting for the Executive Directors/CEOs of nonprofit organizations. Held the third Thursday of every month, it’s an open and engaging conversation with your peers during which you can discuss leadership and management issues, in confidence. Nonprofit leaders from organizations of all sizes and missions attend. Come join us!
This month the Nonprofit Center will be hosting the release of the Northeast Florida Funders 2023 Custom Survey conducted by The Center for Effective Philanthropy. A representative from CEP will present the results and will be followed by a conversation with leaders from local philanthropy to discuss the take aways and next steps. This is the first in a series of discussions to be hosted by the NPC around process improvement and alignment for greater impact.
This month’s session will be hybrid – please join us at the Jessie or virtually via zoom. Register for join details!
CEO Confidential is facilitated by Dawn Lockhart, CEO for the Nonprofit Center.
As the former Director of Strategic Partnerships for the City of Jacksonville, Dawn built the inaugural office of strategic partnerships, the first in the Southeastern United States and was responsible for developing a shared agenda between the private sector, philanthropy, nonprofits and government. She also previously served as president and chief executive officer of Family Foundations of Northeast Florida, Inc., a nonprofit corporation which provides mental health, financial and housing counseling, asset building, financial literacy education and advocacy services in northeast Florida.
As CEO for the Nonprofit Center, Dawn holds a wealth of information and resources for advocacy or lobbying local, statewide and national officials on issues concerning the nonprofit sector; recommendations for building alliances with people and organizations to advance your organization; and information on state of the nonprofit sector.
