Nonprofit leaders are often the steady force behind teams who care deeply for others. But who is caring for the caregivers?  Join us for this timely workshop with that blends emotional intelligence with practical well-being strategies to help leaders navigate year-end stress, change and overwhelm. Brooklyn Stabile with Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. will share best practices on how to lead with empathy, foster resilience, and ensure a culture of caring during this demanding time of year. 

About our Presenter

Brooklyn Stabile is an HR Consultant with Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. She has several years of experience in government, education, and corporate HR roles. Brooklyn’s most recent leadership roles prior to DCSI were the Human Resources Director for Global Outreach Charter Academy and the Human Resources Manager for Tote Maritime. Brooklyn strives to implement business strategies and enhance service excellence by balancing organizational needs and people development. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Organizational Communication from Rollins College, and her Master’s Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Brooklyn is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Brooklyn has previously spoken at HR Florida and state SHRM conferences, and volunteers in her local community as well.

The Clay Nonprofits Series is free to nonprofit organizations (including staff, board, and volunteers) located in or serving residents of Clay County. We thank the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their generous support of this series. These professional development programs focus on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers.
