Do you have a successful program, but want to refine it or better understand and share its results? In this workshop, you will define goals for your organization or program, design an evaluation and measurement plan that fits your needs, and understand how to communicate your strategy based on evidence. Whether you are starting with a long-standing initiative or a brand new idea for a program, this workshop will help take the mystery out of program design and evaluation, and ensure that you have the tools you need to refine your strategy and incorporate all of your stakeholders into the design process that will help to build buy-in from funders, staff, and constituents.
The Capacity Building for Clay County Nonprofits Series is free to nonprofit organizations (including staff, board, and volunteers) located in or serving residents of Clay County. We thank the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their generous support of this series. These professional development programs focus on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers.
