In this session we’ll discuss how to plan and prioritize a marketing and communications strategy that takes into account your organization’s size and capacity. We’ll talk about how to frame and understand the choices and tactics available to you, and you’ll leave with the beginnings of a plan that reflects your organization’s goals, priorities, and staff and volunteer capacity.
This event is free but does require registration so that we know how many to expect and plan for.
The Capacity Building for Clay County Nonprofits Series is free to nonprofit organizations (including staff, board, and volunteers) located in or serving residents of Clay County. We thank the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their generous support of this series. These professional development programs focus on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers.
