This workshop explores what nonprofit leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers need to know about a nonprofit’s business model. How is your organization funded, what is the mix of revenue that sustains it, and how does that compare with other organizations in your subsector and community? This workshop will explore the IRS Form 990, and what it can and can’t tell its readers about an organization’s mission, programs, and finances.
Join Nonprofit Center CEO, Rena Coughlin, and Program Director, Issis Alvarez, for this informative presentation.
About the Clay County Series:
This series supports all organizations located in or serving Clay County. This professional development series (36 hours of total programming) focuses on strengthening leadership teams, which begins with the CEO and the Board, but also seeks to deepen the leadership structure by increasing opportunities for peer-learning and networking between managers and key volunteers. Events are free but do require a reservation. We thank the Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation for their generous support of this series!
