Community Event – 2023 CHO Jax Social: 35 Years of CHO

Join us Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 6:30 pm as we commemorate 35 years of Community Health Outreach’s exceptional service to the Jacksonville community at the Mercedes Benz of Orange Park!

With live music by the Weaver Band, mouthwatering food by 3J’s Catering, and unique auction items, this night promises to be one to remember – while supporting CHO’s three essential programs: Healing Hands Clinic, Lord’s Pantry, and Baby Luv Center. ​
