If you are not including fellow staff members, volunteers, Executives Directors, and board members – then you aren’t maximizing the assets you have to raise more funds!  Join us for this practical, interactive session and walk away with proven techniques for building your team, no matter what their role, and engaging them in the fundraising effort for your organization!

Attendees will:
– Recognize why fundraising fails;
– Understand roles and responsibilities of the fundraising team; and
– Learn practical ways to foster a culture of philanthropy to achieve fundraising goals.

All Nonprofit Center member organizations located in or serving the Beaches (Mayport to Ponte Vedra Beach) are welcome to participate in the series at no cost. The workshop and networking series will apply to all mission areas and cross county and city boundaries, as well as job descriptions, to help you strengthen your organization. Events are free but do require a reservation.
