In this session, we’ll discuss how to plan and prioritize a marketing and communications strategy that takes into account your organization’s size and capacity. We’ll talk about how to frame and understand the choices and tactics available to you, and you’ll leave with the beginnings of a plan that reflects your organization’s goals, priorities, and staff and volunteer capacity.
