**This workshop is part of our 2021 Organizational Leadership Series.

Leaders can influence and effect change in the actions and beliefs of others through a powerful, mission-inspired narrative. This session will discuss the components of influential leadership, how to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, and the role of collaborations and coalitions to help move an organization’s mission forward.
