**This workshop is part of our 2021 Managing Successful Teams Series.
Delegation and trusting another person with accomplishing a specific task can be one of the most important yet challenging management skills. Learn how to become stronger leader by improving at project management, communication, and delegating effectively. This course will provide an overview of effective project management, and then dive into communication and delegating as an essential part of project success.
Join the Nonprofit Center’s own, Deirdre Conner and Callan Brown, who will be co-facilitating this workshop! Deirdre and Callan will be speaking from their own experiences of working on a small team and utilizing a project management approach to create more effective outcomes.
