Across the nonprofit sector, leaders are rethinking how to achieve greater mission impact with limited resources. Collaboration isn’t just a trend—it’s a strategic advantage. This webinar series with Lara Jakubowski of La Piana Consulting goes beyond theory to explore practical pathways for sustained collaboration, including case studies demonstrating impact, cultural considerations, and potential structures to consider.
Designed as a follow-up to Lara’s Nonprofit Works 2025 keynote and workshop, we invite you to join us to discover how thoughtful collaboration can expand impact, strengthen resilience, and unlock new opportunities for your mission.
Please note we are providing two different offerings of this session to allow as community leaders to attend as possible. Please register for one time that best suits your schedule – once you have registered for one session you do not need to register for the other. The two options to register include: November 12 at Noon and December 10 at Noon.
This session will be virtual – zoom info included in registration confirmation.
