Mission: Our Mission: Is to serve and empower mothers of slain children related to any acts of violence within our communities. The goal is to provide educational support, social advocacy and promote healthy productivity after losing a child to gun violence, as well as maintaining healthy relationships within the community, with leaders and other contributors. We are strengthening our efforts to support mother’s through community organizing and advocating on policies that would allow our communities to become as close to being gun free as we can get it. Decreasing gun violence in conjunction with raising awareness is the ultimate desire of the organization. Some of the programs offered to families will consist of: Medial Health- partnerships for education and resources Financial Health Social Health Emotional intervention/therapy Peer-to-peer mentoring Youth Development- parenting tips for grieving children
