Description
FreshMinistries is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Adult Outpatient Treatment Program funded through the Opioid Settlement Prevention & Treatment Grant. This role is essential to keeping the program running smoothly by supporting documentation, billing preparation, scheduling, and overall coordination across the outpatient team.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Organize, track, and maintain clinical documentation, compliance logs, and required program records. Assist with billing-related paperwork, reconciliations, and communication with funders as needed. Support intake processes, scheduling, and coordination of outpatient services. Prepare reports and monitor documentation deadlines for clinicians and supervisors. Assist with data entry, forms management, and EHR-related administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support to the Program Director and outpatient team. Perform related duties that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of program operations.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documentation requirements. Comfortable supporting a behavioral health team and maintaining confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer applications. Experience with EHR systems preferred (InSync experience a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training preferred. Prior administrative experience, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit settings. Experience with documentation, scheduling, or billing support preferred.
Salary/Salary Range
Part Time, up to 20 hours per week. $25/hour
